Product production process

This is base paper, made from 100% raw wood pulp.

Base paper is coated with silicon by automatic silicon coating machine, single or double coated silicon can be done according to customer choice.

After the base paper is changed into silicone oil paper, it is sliced and cut into the wide width required by customers (1810cm-20cm can be used).

After the cutting, the large roll is cut flat.

After the flat cut is finished, the bowl is pressed to make the required paper bowl for the air fryer.
